Job Summary
Stockroom Operations Associate delivering customer service and executing store operations. Responsibilities include unloading truck shipments, processing freight, replenishing inventory on the sales floor, and supporting omni-channel fulfillment. Requires engaging customers, adhering to product protection standards, and participating in training for Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, and productivity. Ability to operate handheld scanners, perform multi-tasking with attention to detail, and maintain safety and company policies; flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays; lifts up to 50 lbs with two-person assistance; no prior retail experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
