Check incoming product for discrepancies and defective items, reporting findings to the competent office. Train department back-ups to ensure role coverage and ensure customer service activities outside the store are executed correctly. Handle opening and closing store operations. Requires readiness to use digital applications, with a propensity for teamwork, result orientation, and flexibility of time.
