Job Summary
Receive, process, and organize incoming stock shipments efficiently, quickly, and accurately while maintaining stockroom organization to ensure efficient inventory flow. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed and support daily store tasks including merchandising, price changes, and customer assistance. Drive sales through suggestive selling, product demonstrations, and engaging guests to achieve key performance metrics. This seasonal role requires approximately 10 hours per week with flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior stockroom experience and the ability to lift and move product are essential for success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of stockroom, inventory, or logistics experience
- High level of energy and a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask between stockroom duties and sales floor support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift, move, and organize product
Desired Qualifications
- Open availability is preferred
- Retail experience is an asset
