Job Summary
Prepare coffee shop beverages and food to standard, operate cash register and process payments, stock items and merchandise displays, and deliver courteous customer service in a Grandville, MI Starbucks location. Maintain safety and sanitation, follow PPE and safety guidelines, understand store programs and promotions, and assist customers with questions about loyalty programs and in-store specials. Requires ability to work in a retail environment, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and engage with customers to provide a positive experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Good verbal communication skills; ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- Good customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
