Job Summary
Part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed at Three Rivers Healthcare Center to evaluate, plan and administer therapy for residents. Responsibilities include evaluating/ screening patient charts, developing treatment plans to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function; conducting rehabilitative treatment programs; instructing residents, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies, diet considerations, and safe swallowing techniques; leading/interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings and recommendations; and potential opportunities to treat at multiple locations within the network. Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid or pending state license; in-house, team-based care across a post-acute/long-term care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License
