Job Summary
Conduct screenings, evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge planning, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Maintain active state licensure and master's degree requirements while adhering to Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs. Deliver therapy services to senior residents at Saint Antoine Residence in North Smithfield, RI, within a supportive family environment focused on rehabilitation and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
