Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children ages 2–3 with autism under the supervision of a Special Education Teacher, receiving training from a Licensed Behavior Analyst and learning from Speech and Occupational Therapy clinicians. Lift up to 40 lbs while monitoring child safety and provide full coverage Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Maintain a supportive team environment and demonstrate commitment to building a professional career in Early Childhood or Special Education. This role offers a supportive path for those passionate about making a lasting impact on children's lives within the McCarton Foundation's non-profit mission.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work entire shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to monitor the safety of a child
- Able to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Passionate about working one-on-one with 2 - 3 year old children
