Job Summary
Teach high school Spanish to multiple classes, infusing creativity into delivering engaging lessons and ensuring student growth across upper-level courses (Spanish III, IV, Honors). Primary assignment may include a specific grade level or subject teaching with potential non-instructional duties such as proctoring exams, supervising recess or lunch, or leading a club/group/activity. Collaborate with parents/guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to address behavioral or academic challenges and celebrate successes. Maintain classroom environment through preventive discipline, develop clear expectations, and ensure attendance and punctuality. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher and all required state certifications; complete background checks. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to CCSL’s diverse student body.
