Part-Time SLP - Daviess County, IN (10536)

Deliver speech-language pathology services in patients’ homes across Daviess, Martin, Knox, Dubois, Pike, and Orange Counties in Indiana Part-Time (20 hours/week) with travel required and mileage reimbursement. Conduct evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, administer therapy using specialized techniques or equipment, identify device needs, coordinate with physicians and care teams, participate in case conferences, prepare notes, supervise home health aides as needed, and refer patients for additional services. Requires a master's or doctoral degree in SLP and state licensure (or approved practicum pathway), CPR certification, valid driver’s license, TB test, and strong communication/organizational skills.
