Job Summary
Drive guests to designated locations, assist with luggage, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while coordinating multiple pick-ups and drop-offs under changing schedules. Escort guests to rooms, deliver messages, and manage lobby operations including luggage storage and room changes. Maintain high personal appearance standards, comply with Aimbridge Hospitality regulations, and answer the console to assist guest services agents. Provide local attraction information and show suites as needed. Work flexible shifts from 9am to 9pm with varying hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
