Job Summary
Coordinate guest communications, check-ins, and check-outs while managing calendars, reservations, and scheduling tasks. Monitor property readiness and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized records and property information, responding promptly to guest inquiries and operational needs. Assist with listing updates and property management software tasks. This part-time role offers flexible hours in Schaffer's Mill, Truckee, CA, with a pay rate of $25-$30/hr. Previous property management experience and Escapia familiarity are preferred.
