Part Time Shift Leader

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations, providing leadership coverage and managing management functions up to four times a week. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while performing back-office tasks such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Engage in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development, communicating opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvements. Act as a store team member when not serving as manager-on-duty. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, forklift operation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass a pre-employment background test and be 18 years or older.
