Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and handle cash management and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and register operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support loss prevention efforts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in sales events. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between locations.
