Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations, training associates, and promoting the membership program. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensure proper stock levels, and handle cash transactions using point-of-sale systems. Support loss prevention efforts, resolve customer concerns professionally, and maintain store appearance through merchandising and upkeep. This role requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between locations. The position offers a pay range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
