Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and handle cash transactions using point-of-sale systems. Train sales associates on product knowledge, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support loss prevention efforts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promote the membership program to foster loyalty. Travel between store locations as needed to support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
