Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage opening and closing procedures, ensure store recovery and compliance, and handle cash management, merchandising, and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, resolve customer concerns professionally, and support loss prevention efforts. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between locations.
