Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the Store Manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and handle cash management and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, maintain visual merchandising updates, and support loss prevention efforts. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and resolve customer concerns professionally. Requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between locations. This role contributes to achieving business objectives and fostering a positive environment that aligns with MINISO USA's commitment to customer service.
