Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates, ensuring strong product knowledge, and managing daily operations including cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and shipment processing. Maintain store appearance, proper stock levels, and visual merchandising updates while handling cash management and loss prevention efforts. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and resolve customer concerns professionally. Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty and participate in sales events. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, ability to travel between locations, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
