Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register. Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising while maintaining store appearance and proper stock levels. Open and close the store ensuring it is recovered, clean, and compliant with safety procedures. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, resolve customer concerns professionally, and participate in store promotions. This part-time role requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader and involves the ability to travel between store locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
