Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Open and close the store, ensuring it is recovered, clean, and compliant with safety procedures. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, while handling cashiering, cash management, and shipment processing. Maintain store appearance, manage stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts by adhering to all company policies. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in store promotions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
