Part-Time Shift Leader

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage opening and closing procedures, ensure store recovery and safety compliance, and handle cash management and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, maintain visual merchandising standards, and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts. Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, ability to travel between locations, and a high school diploma.
