Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates and support daily operations including replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, maintain store appearance and stock levels, and resolve customer concerns professionally. Uphold safety and operational procedures while supporting loss prevention efforts and store promotions. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience as a keyholder or supervisor. Candidates must be willing to travel between store locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
