Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper stock levels. Train sales associates on product knowledge and register operations, while handling cashiering, cash management, and shipment processing. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts to uphold store standards. Promote the membership program and participate in sales events to foster loyalty and drive business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
