Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols. Handle cash transactions, process shipments, and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure proper stock levels. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, while actively promoting the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts in alignment with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
