Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates on product knowledge and register operations. Support daily functions including opening/closing procedures, replenishment, merchandising updates, and cash handling. Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining store appearance and safety compliance. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Participate in promotions and sales events to support business objectives. Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- Retail industry experience
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
