Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring the location is recovered, clean, and compliant with safety protocols. Train sales associates on product knowledge and register operations, then process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. Handle cash management, replenishment, merchandising, and visual updates to maintain proper stock levels. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts by adhering to company policies. Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty and participate in sales events. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, ability to travel between locations, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
