Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper recovery. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, while handling cashiering, cash management, and shipment processing. Maintain store appearance, implement visual merchandising updates, and support loss prevention efforts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Travel between store locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
