Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates on product knowledge and register operations. Support daily functions including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates while promoting the membership program to foster loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Uphold loss prevention efforts and adhere to all company policies. Requires strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
