Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensure proper stock levels, and handle cash management and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, resolve customer concerns professionally, and support loss prevention efforts. Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in store promotions. Requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or shift leader, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications

- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader

- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
