Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training associates, ensuring strong product knowledge, and supporting daily operations including replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, maintain store appearance and stock levels, and resolve customer concerns professionally. Support loss prevention efforts, participate in promotions, and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
