Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage training for sales associates, oversee store upkeep, merchandising, and cash handling, and open/close the store ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Resolve customer concerns professionally, support loss prevention efforts, and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in store promotions. Requires strong leadership skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and 1+ years of retail experience as a keyholder or supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
