Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates on product knowledge and register operations. Support daily functions including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures while maintaining store appearance and stock levels. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Uphold loss prevention efforts and company policies while promoting the store's membership program. Requires strong leadership skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
