Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper recovery. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, while handling cashiering, cash management, and merchandising tasks. Maintain store appearance, replenish stock, and process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary, supporting loss prevention efforts and adhering to company policies. Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty and participate in sales events. Requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or supervisor, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
