Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training associates, managing daily operations including cashiering, merchandising, and shipment processing, and ensure proper stock levels through visual merchandising updates. Open and close the store while maintaining appearance, handling cash, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and resolve customer concerns professionally. This part-time role requires 1+ years of experience as a keyholder or supervisor, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between store locations. The position supports MINISO USA's commitment to fostering a positive environment where both team and customers can enjoy a dynamic atmosphere.
