Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper stock levels. Train sales associates on product knowledge and register operations, then process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Handle cash management, replenishment, merchandising, and shipment processing to maintain store appearance. Resolve customer concerns professionally and support loss prevention efforts. Promote the store's membership program and participate in sales events to foster loyalty. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience and the ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
