Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates on product knowledge and register operations. Support daily functions including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures. Maintain store appearance, implement visual merchandising updates, and process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Support loss prevention efforts and ensure adherence to company policies. Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
