Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates, managing daily operations including cashiering, merchandising, and store upkeep, and ensuring proper stock levels and visual merchandising. Open and close the store, process transactions accurately, resolve customer concerns, and support loss prevention efforts. Maintain a professional attitude while promoting the membership program to foster loyalty. Requires strong leadership skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and 1+ years of retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
