Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations while assisting the store manager with daily operations. Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensure proper stock levels, and handle cash management and shipment processing. Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement, and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed. Maintain store appearance, implement visual merchandising updates, and support loss prevention efforts. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and actively promote the store's membership program. Requires 1+ years of retail leadership experience, a high school diploma, and ability to travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
