Job Summary
Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations. Assist the store manager in training sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register. Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures while maintaining proper stock levels and visual merchandising updates. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, resolve customer concerns professionally, and support loss prevention efforts. Maintain a positive attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment and participate in store promotions to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
- preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed
