Part Time Shift Leader

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while assisting neighbors with product selection and store tasks. Learn and perform back-office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Participate in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance to leadership. Act as a store team member when not serving as manager-on-duty. Requires two years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to operate equipment including a forklift. Flexible schedules are required.
