Job Summary
Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee (Part-Time) in Sheridan, CO. Responsible for upholding the shop culture and standards, leading the team on shift, training new Broistas, coordinating with the Shop Manager, and ensuring a mind-blowing customer experience. Key duties include managing shift operations (tills, deposits, restocking, cleanliness), coaching and leading crew to meet standards, executing promotional and special offerings, and maintaining energy and attitude on site. Must be able to work a flexible, often changing schedule (min 20 hours/week), with early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Requirements include preferred 6 months of Broista experience, Food Handler Permit/certification as required by local regulations, successful completion of required certificates/training, and ability to pass required knowledge tests. Required Qualifications
