Job Summary
Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee in Santa Clarita, CA, responsible for upholding the shop vision, culture, and standards on each shift; lead the experience for customers, model and train Broistas on operational fundamentals, manage shift coverage and promotions, and support the Shop Manager with duties such as till counting, inventory, and cleanliness. Requires preferred 6 months Broista experience, food handler certification per regulations, and ability to work a flexible schedule (min 20 hours/week). Salary is $21.00/hour plus tips (annualized).
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
- Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- Schedule availability to work minimum 20 hours per week
- Flexible, early mornings/evenings/weekends
