Job Summary
Part-Time Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee in Colorado Springs/Thornton leading shift operations, training new Broistas, ensuring Dutch Bros standards, managing tills and inventory, upholding the flagship culture, and coordinating with shop leadership. Responsibilities include leading the crew, executing promotions, maintaining a mind-blowing customer experience, modeling company values, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety requirements. Requires availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Food Handler Certification as required, and preferred 6 months of Broista experience. Relocation compensation may be offered for qualifying candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of Broista experience preferred
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
- Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- No disciplinary action in the past 90 days (as per policy)
- Flowcheck score 90% or better and on time
- Flexible availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
