Job Summary
Lead the daily shift by ensuring crew readiness, executing drink and operational fundamentals, and modeling all Broista expectations. Cultivate the shop atmosphere, solve problems on the floor, and train new Broistas while covering all aspects of the Manifesto. Manage shift logistics including till counts, bank deposits, restocking, and inventory organization. Communicate feedback to leadership and share wins with shop managers. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week in a flexible schedule covering early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Requires 6 months of Broista experience, a Food Handler Permit, and a 90% flowcheck score.
Required Qualifications
- No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
- Successfully completed the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better) and on time
- Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under the Dutch Bros required standards for company policies and federal, state, and/or local regulations
- A prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required based on state/local regulations
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Ability to work shift lead shifts and be present at shop meetings and culture building events
- You must also demonstrate all Broista Levels of Leadership expectations (anchors and level-up arrows)
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred
