Job Summary
Provide quality, respectful shelter services to guests across 2nd and 3rd shifts, including maintaining safety and cleanliness, sign-in and HMIS recordkeeping, assisting guests with accessing resources (e.g., laundry, linens, hygiene kits), coordinating meals, reporting incidents, and ensuring adherence to emergency shelter procedures; must stay alert during shifts and collaborate with supervisor and staff; requires strong interpersonal and customer-service skills and the ability to work with diverse populations; preferred CPR, crisis-intervention training, and related certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- One (1) yr. experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness (preferred)
- CPR Certification, Crisis Intervention training, and Benefit Bank training (preferred)
