Part-time Service Team Member at Michaels in Sherman, TX. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards. Help unload trucks, stock, maintain planograms, merchandise recovery, and in-stock store execution. Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in VOC surveys. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs and safety programs, participate in shrink and safety initiatives, and support store operations like SISO and AD sets. Demonstrate positive, respectful interactions; uphold company values and provide excellent customer experiences. This role is part-time in a public retail store setting with varying hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
