Part time Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Process work orders to assist Field Service Technicians, interpreting Destiny Homes Warranty/Service Policy terms while prioritizing and scheduling service to minimize consumer complaints. Create and schedule service and parts requests for factory, contractors, and dealers, then review and approve contractor invoices before payment. Utilize the vendor claim process for defective parts and maintain accurate service records. Communicate shortages, product quality, or material problems to the Service Manager and assist the purchasing department with parts needs. Capture images on the production line floor and upload them into the FMS portal. This part-time role requires minimal outdoor exposure, up to 25 pounds of force, and effective communication skills within the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass pre-employment requirements
- Demonstrable experience effectively communicating with others, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to effectively read and interpret construction prints
- Ability to adapt to, and manage competing demands, frequent change and unexpected events
- Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently
- Must wear personal protective equipment as required in the manufacturing facility
- Heavy Work-Exerting up to 25 pounds of force periodically, and/or up to 25 pounds or force infrequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Requires sitting to a significant degree
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees as well as function safely around construction equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingul is a plus
- High School Diploma is preferred
- At least one year of demonstrable experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
