Job Summary
Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience by recommending tires, repairs, and services based on their needs. Explain vehicle recommendations clearly, perform visual inspections to document findings, and help maintain showroom appearance and inventory standards. Build trust and long-term customer relationships while working closely with technicians to keep operations running smoothly. Assist with shop flow when needed, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs. Weekend availability is preferred. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities, ASE reimbursement, and a path to growth into Service Manager positions within a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and assist with shop flow when needed
- Weekend availability preferred
