Job Summary
Server provides dining room service to residents and guests in accordance with service standards, assists with setup and cleaning of the dining room, prepares tables, serves food and beverages, accommodates dietary needs, and supports special events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, English proficiency at 12th grade level or higher, and a willingness to participate in annual training are required. The role is part-time with weekend availability and physical requirements including lifting up to 25 pounds; prior dining-room experience and a professional appearance are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school or GED equivalent.
- Experience: One year of experience as a server.
- Licensures and Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
