Job Summary
Seasonal part-time Food & Beverage Server at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB. Provide exceptional guest service in restaurants and during banquet events, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and upselling menu items. Maintain knowledge of menu items and allergens, assist with banquet setup and teardown, and collaborate with kitchen and other servers to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and efficiently use POS systems. Shift flexibility is required (evenings, weekends, holidays). ProServe certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- ProServe certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or bartending is a plus
- Proven experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
